Pharmacy’s own product and merchandising reference publication – is now ONLINE!

IN THE KNOW (ITK) is produced by a subsidiary company (Gold Cross Products and Services Pty Ltd) of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and its role is to supplement members’ fees to the Guild to support its many and varied programs. The Pharmacy Guild is a “not for profit” member-based organisation.

IN THE KNOW was launched in November 2008 with the first edition issued in February 2009. This bi-monthly printed publication’s market niche was to provide information on the details of pharmacy retailing via information on product, categories, merchandising and current issues.

IN THE KNOW magazine prominently carries the Gold Cross, the symbol of the profession.

IN THE KNOW focuses exclusively on all important aspects of sales and profit creation – product, merchandising, advertising and category management messages. All pharmacy products can be included for advertising (not just Pharmacy Only products).

IN THE KNOW publication offers to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants a quick update on current and new products, as well as practical advice and information on key topics. IN THE KNOW has some very engaging features such as:
